Had a check engine light come on. Was able to squeeze my car in without an appointment.. shortly after arriving they looked at car diagnosed the problem. They ordered the parts and fixed it relatively quickly. Staff kept me informed of the status of repairs.

Very confusing, I set up appointment with a person in a call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the appointment time. One week on no phone call. I finally got through to the dealer and they did not have the information of my appointment. The dealer person was great and the service people were great but I was an 1/2 of an hour of my life on the phone with a person that did nothing for me. The system has to get better.
