Great Salesmen/Service I had my Durango serviced at Bettenhausen and they were very accommodating. That is why I decided to by a new vehicle here. I have talked to Scott for over a year trying to find a vehicle. He always had a good sense of humor and worked with me. I can be a hard sell but he made it very casual and not overbearing.

1st time new car financing Jay was very welcoming and humble as a salesman. I like most is that he talked to me like a human being and not so much as a bag of cash. He answered all questions I had and never left me waiting on anything. He was easy to talk to and very laid back. Visiting jay after other dealership see how good this guy was. After not settling on a price jay did not hound me to come back but politely and courtesy checked up on me till I return and closed the deal.

Great Experience I went to Bettenhausen Dodge to look for my first car. Scott was very friendly and listed to what I wanted and worked with me first to see what I would qualify for. He then took me around the lot and showed me different cars. I was truly impressed with the attention he showed me. If you want straight to the point action without any drama, Bettenhausen is your place and Nick is your man! After doing our homework, we knew what we were looking for and the difference we were willing to pay we visited five dealerships in a 65 mile radius, ultimately we chose to deal with Nick at Bettenhausen (36 miles from our home). Quickly and friendly, we were able to come to terms with our first counter-offer. This is the way car buying should be!
Since I already owned an older Dodge model and seemed to have been in great shape with it for over 10 years, I figured why not try to stay with Dodge and sure glad I did. The dealership was filled with great cars and trucks to view, the area was right in my neighborhood so talk about convenience and most important, some of the sales managers really stood out and came to my rescue. I worked with David Martinez, but everyone that I came in contact with was more than friendly and personable. Everyone I met there was great, and they made the buying process simple. I knew what I was getting into before all the paperwork was started, which was nice because this was my first experience buying a new car from a dealership.
