Patrick was attentive to our wants and needs as customers and never forced his agenda on us. He was the deciding factor in where we made our purchase. Many other dealerships ignored our time line and needs. Those other dealerships spent their time pushing and persuading and that was not out experience at Bettenhausen.

Visiting the bettenhausendodge in tinley park was an outstanding experience. I was impressed with the overall friendliness and how DAVE MARTINEZ worked with us to make sure i stayed in my bugget. He helped us with the different options in the vehicle. Dave makes you feel like you have a friend at bettenhausen dodge.

Dave was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgable but not pushy. I felt he was upfront and honest about the cost of several different cars and worked with me to keep within my budget. I ended up with a car that I absolutely love that is affordable and also has an awesome warranty. This was a completely stress-free (even pleasant) car-buying experience.

Reviewed the stock of vehicles and an excellent selection was available. Love the sale pricing displayed on each vehicle, selection was easy, no hassle purchasing and great customer service. Adam made the process quick and easy, Corey reviewed all aspects of the vehicle during delivery and I received telephones calls after the purchase to make certain that all aspects of my visit and selection was fulfilled.

I was impressed with the overall friendliness and how Dave Martinez worked with me to make sure that I received a fair price on my vehicle. He not only helped out on the price but instructed me in the different options on the vehicle and explained in detail the contract, the discounts and the different coverages I may get on the vehicle.

I had a very enjoyable car-buying experience! My salesperson,Charles Johnson, was knowledgable,friendly, and most importantly, professional. Every employee (from the front-desk clerk to the automotive employees) were all friendly, and patient as they helped through my first new-car purchase. I WILL definitely return! Thanks again!

My experience at his dealer was phenomenal, the relationship among the employees was awesome. Dave had a couple people waiting for him so his coworker helped out with no hesitation and was also very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend family and friends.
