Charles Johnson worked very hard to find the jeep we wanted. We had a number of "must haves" and he found just the right one. WE are very happy with our purchase.
No pressure shopping We have purchased from Bettenhausen before and our experiences have always been good. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and were looking at Grand Caravans on the lot. David made us feel like we were old friends. He was very down to earth and funny, did not make us feel like we were buying a big purchase. He was very well informed on the vehicle we had in mind. We were honestly not even looking to buy a Dodge! He honestly did what he could to work with the budget we had in mind. Although he seemed very busy, he made us feel like we were his #1 priority. Purchase of new van David was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Dodge product and aided us in finding a van with the options we wanted. This is our third purchase with this dealership and if we need another car we will return. Our daughter also had a good experience when she purchased her van.
My sales associate Charles was fantastic. He was very patient, funny, attentive and informative. Although the dealership was extremely busy on the day of my purchase, Charles always made me feel like I was a priority.
