We had a very good experience buying our new Jeep Cherokee at this dealership. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and easy to work with. Matt Tesauro was exceptional. We test drove at several other brands of cars at several other dealerships and by far Matt was the best person we worked with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fun. I would highly recommend Matt as well as the dealership to my friends and family. :)

The salesperson was friendly and approachable. I was glad to not have to deal with a finance representative as this is usually the worst experience of buying a vehicle. A good approach.

What a Delightful, Welcoming, Inviting, Knowledgeable, Polite, young man Steve Klimara is. Steve put me very much at ease from the moment he introduced himself. He answered my continuous slew of questions and made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire quick and easy car buying process.

My family has been shopping here for years (probably sine the early 90s). I do not even know how many cars we bought through Bettenhausen. The entire staff treats you with respect and like family. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. My wife and I needed a car and we now live in Kankakee but we love coming to your dealership so much we even braved the snow to head out and buy our car. I came in to see Nick, who happens to be a long time friend of mine. I had run into a small jam with my used vehicle. Nick was very supportive in helping me get out of the situation that I was in. Not only does he have great sales techniques, but he also has cute chubby cheeks and brown eyes that will have you signing on a red hot Dodge Viper. Stop in and see Nick if you're lookin for a great vehicle and no smoke and mirrors like you tend to get at other dog n' pony shows.

Jenna was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate that knowledge. She showed great adaptability as my wife and I changed our mind. We felt very comfortable with Jenna as we asked her to recalculate based on our changing needs. We ended up purchasing a Van with more options then we originally thought would want and we appreciate the patience Jenna had with us. I referred my son and my daughter to her. I am generally not a person that posts reviews of businesses but I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had in over 20 years of buying a car. The way I was treated at Bettenhausen is the way all dealers should be. Jose Silva was my salesperson. He couldn't have been friendlier or more professional throughout the entire process.
