Let me start off by saying that this was the best experience we have ever had! We had the sales manager Dave Carroll, he took his time with us and broke down the numbers. My husband likes to know what he is buying and likes to see exactly what he is getting. After several hours back and forth, Dave didn't mind taking the extra time with us. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bettenhausen with Katie's assitance in the past couple months. We were able to contact her on a Saturday morning to let her know what we wanted to see, we went in a couple hours later and did a couple test-drives, and completed the entire purchase by early afternoon that day. Great employee and great process at Bettenhausen Chrysler-Jeep! We have also visited their service department, and are completely satisfied with their performance as well.

My trip there was very short and to the point. That is what I asked for as buying a care is very nerve wracking for me. Steve actually made it as fun as possible. I love my car. It is perfect for me. I drove home in a snow storm feeling very secure. I have not enjoyed purchasing an auto in years. Everyone was friendly and helpful down to the porters who helped move my stuff from my old car to my new. Bettenahusen does business the old way. Very good experience and I would and have recommended them to anyone.

Adam was fantastic to work with. He put in time to research the best models and options available for us. He was patient as we explored many alternatives, including shipping the car in from another dealer. Adam worked hard to get us the best price and found additional rebates to help save us money. The service we received to pick up the car and sign papers was fantastic. If you are looking for a Jeep - ask for Adam.

We went in for a used vehicle and Dave spent two evenings with us helping us find the right car for the monthly payments we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dave to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I was impressed by the fact that we were buying used and were not rushed through. This past Saturday, my husband and I, along with two of our children went car shopping. We met Jay at the dealership, he was friendly and best of all no pressure! He was very accomodating and informative. We test drove a couple cars and decided on the second one. We were in and out within three hours, and drove home in our 2013 Durango that afternoon.
