Dave was a pleasure to work with while buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was smart and knowledgeable regarding my questions and was honest and upfront about the questions he did not know the answers to. This was the first time that I had visited Bettenhausen to purchase a vehicle, I had always gone to elsewhere. I was surprised at how friendly and helpful the sales person was, This was one of the most relaxing and none pressured auto purchases I had ever made.

Took good care of me. Not entirely comfortable with no-haggle pricing. Came back later and added extended warranty at price I could live with. Nick was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bettenhausen and we recommend them to everyone we know! We love the no hassle, no "salesman" attitude, the lack of the dreaded finance manager, the lack of all the negotiation games. They are fantastic to work with.

Our experience at Bettenhausen, was great. All the associates were very friendly. Our salesman was Charles Johnson and we could not ask for a better salesman. He was so friendly and very knowledgable about the product. We visited the showroom one evening and even though Mr. Johnson was not in, your staff was very courteous and brought the Jeep up so I could test drive and what made this experience even better, they left Mr. Johnson a message telling him that I was in and also informed him of my questions on the Jeep. I had been shopping for a van for the past 6 months, often looking at numerous websites for the best price. I came upon Bettenhausen about a month ago and they had various Town and Country vans I was interested in. On Thursday my current van looked like it was reaching its end, so I was plan on buying that day. I again went on Bettenhausen's website and saw a van I liked. I had gone to two other dealerships before going to bettenhausen, almost gave up on the thought of a new car based on the service at the other dealerships. Should have gone to bettenhausen from the start, Jay made my new car purchase an enjoyable experience.
