Our selling agent, Jenna Barthel, was so knowledgeable and helpful in the process of buying our new Dodge Journey Crew. She answered questions before we even asked them! We felt she did everything to get us the best deal, and we are so happy with the new car. Went in to buy a 2014 Durango on Saturday 11/16/13, ended up loving a 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Sport 4x4, purchased it that night with the help of a Great sales manager Nick Nowak. This is the fourth car that I purchased through Bettenhausen with the help of Nick Nowak. Nick is courteous, professional and honest. I've recommended him to others in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
