I called Bettenhausen Dodge wanting to test drive a 2012 Durango RT that I found on line. I spoke to Scott Abramowicz who went outside to physically make sure that vehicle was there then took posession of the keys so it would be there when I arrived. I met with Scott (never met him prior) who seemed to be very friendly, a "people"person. He looked over the vehicle with me & I liked how it looked. This is the seventh car I have bought from Bettenhausen which says it all. Never any pressure, all numbers spelled out and always friendly. In addition, the service department is above average and awesome.
My wife and I were in the market for a new Grand Cherokee. We looked at several dealers and were very happy in the fact that we chose Bettenhausen. Steve was extremely helpful in assisting us in our selection, his knowledge of the product line made our selection extremely easy. Overall Steve and the rest of the employees we interfaced with made this a welcomed experience. Also I selected Dodge above as the vehicle chosen, however we did purchase a Grand Cherokee this selection was not available above.

Steve showed us what we really wanted and was a big help. He took care of everything and had all the answers to the concerns we had. Also, everyone in the showroom were very nice. We will spread the word to all of our friends and family about this dealership. Steve is our Employee of the Year!!
I am partial to Hondas, but had a horrible buying experience at the local Honda dealer several years ago; actually you could call it a "typical car dealer experience"- the usual 5 hour runaround between the salesman, sales manager, and finance manager. Ever since, I have bought all my Hondas from Bettenhausen because I can count on them to have a few newer model years with acceptably lower mileage at a great price. Katie and Mike have been so wonderful to work with... they have helped me find an awesome car that I'm thrilled with and somehow waved a magic wand to get me into a loan I can afford with my very difficult financial situation.
