We went to Bettenhausen dodge in 2007 to buy my dodge charger and absolutely loved the no hassle service. Since then we have now bought a total of 3 cars from them and they couldn't be nicer and more helpful to us. We went in tonight because I wanted to just talk to someone about the 2014 dodge Durango citadel's and Dave was just great and I told him I need my payment at a certain price and he made it happen. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!

Jessica was most enjoyable to work with. She made my wife and me feel very much at home. She was courteous, friendly, and supportive of our wishes regarding a purchase. There was not pressure tactics and we left with a much better deal than we expected when we went in. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had, and more. She was reflective of previous experiences that we have had at Bettenhausen. This is our fourth vehicle through them and because of Jessica, and others, there will be more.
Great experience!! Very helpful from start to finish!! The internet department was a relief to have to get most of the paperwork done prior to our arrival. We explained what we have been looking for and our price range and they did all the foot work for us!! Then in a few hours I had emails of vans that met our needs...
