Everything about the dealership was awesome. The best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Lauren was awesome! She handled everything directly; there was NO going back and forth talking to every level of manager and getting the typical pressure deal from "the boss". My very first impression of the dealership was fun and welcoming...music, grilling hotdogs, etc. The first person I met at the dealership was Jay Dye, Sales Manager. He had a wonderful and upbeat attitude. The first thing he did was hand me the keys and say take it for a spin and let me know if you have any questions. I recently purchased a new Durango from your dealership and Nick Pattenaude helped me out. I know how important quality customer service is and I cannot emphasize enough how pleasing it was dealing with Nick. I had never owned a Dodge before (mainly because of some old out dated family advice) and Nick took the time to explain the progress Dodge has made over the years to improve their product. Eric and I had the pleasure of working with Matt Tesauro. He went out of his way to make sure we had the type of Caravan that would make us happy. There was no pressure -- even when I was hesitating about the color or features on our van. He helped us compare and try out new features that we might like. We have purchased many vans/caravans from Dodge dealers over the years -- Matt made our experience at Bettenhausen -- GREAT!

Jenna Barthel was an excellent communicator, kept us in the loop continually. We were able to handle most of the paperwork online making the in-store experience simple and quick. No pressure, no hassle, and took full responsibility for a few minor issues with the pre-owned vehicle without hesitation.

I worked with Jessica over the course of three visits as I figured out what I wanted, found the specific car I wanted, and made the finances work. She was very patient with me an worked with me until I got the car I wanted. It was a great experience, so if you go to Bettenhausen look for Jesica!

Dave was great. He was very explanatory throughout the process. He was very patient with us and not pushy. The rest of the staff that helped out was very nice and considerate also. I would without a doubt buy another car from there and recommend Dave Martinez to anyone wanting to purchase a car.
