Bettenhausen Chrysler - Jeep was great to deal with, from intial contacts from Amy and Katie to vehicle purchase (all done in the same day). I'd highly recommend this dealer. Make sure to ask for Adam. He was extremely friendly and had excellent product knowledge. He listened to our concerns and needs and then conducted repetitive searches until we had the perfect fit. I liked the fact that I didnt feel pressured at any time. Closing was a tad slow but all in all it was an excellent car buying experience. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Katie was very informative regarding the vehicles I was interested in. She was easy to talk with and was patient while I made my decision. Only reason for a 4 on price was because we always feel we paid too much, right?

Nick Nowak really helped me out a lot with my Jeep Grand Cherokee warranty repairs. He directed me to a fantastic service writer, Courtney Chigaros who made sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I had a car to drive home in, so I wasn't left without a car while they worked on mine. The warranty repair was completed once the part was shipped to them and I was paired up with my Grand Cherokee on a Friday morning rather than the anticipated Monday pick up date.
