I would recommend working with Jose Silva. He was professional and accommodating through out the entire process of purchasing and financing a vehicle. I ordered a vehicle so I had contact with Jose for about two months. I was always able to reach him and I never felt pressured through purchasing, trading in a vehicle or obtaining financing. This was my first time ever ordering a car. I wanted my dream car, and I chose Bettenhausen because of my good past experiences. Nick took care of me from the very first step on. He kept in constant communication with me and made sure any questions I had were answered. He even surprised me when my car came in and put a big red bow on it! I will not ever go anywhere else in the future, and would recommend Nick and Bettenhausen to any of my family/friends.

Purchased a used vehicle. Flew from Atlanta to Chicago...where the Bettenhausen driver picked me up at 7am...right on time...and delivered me to the dealership (even stopped and bought me a Starbuck's on the way). Nick met me at the shuttle...walked me through the process...and had me on the road quickly. I drove the car from Chicago to Atlanta that day...and a week later I am still smiling. very nice facility...very nice people...very helpful staff. Thanks a lot !
