Just an overall, absolute positive experience. The front desk staff, salesman, porters and the gentleman who sold me my truck were all friendly and helpful. The process was quick with little to no delays in between steps and I could not be happier with my vehicle. Everyone knows how tedious a car buying experience can be but these guys made it bearable. Debbie was great getting process started and Brandon couldn't have been more buttoned up. Transparent and efficient. He got me in and out with my wife, 4 kids, and dog. The wagon of candy helped.

I have been looking at different vehicles to replace my truck for a while and decided to stop by Bettenhausen on a day that was around 20 degrees. I went around the lot looking at the Grand Cherokees and found a couple that I wanted to look at more closely.
