The experience was great, Steve was a very energetic sales person. He was able to answer several of the questions my wife and I had, if he wasn't sure he would do what he could to find the answer. We told Steve what we wanted in our vehicle and he checked the inventory and got us almost we were looking for. This is the second trade in we have done with Nick Nowak. We brought in a 2011 Town & Country, told him what we liked about it, he immediately had a 2014 Dodge Caravan pulled up with exact color we liked and all the amenities we had in the T & C. I came in to purchase a Dodge Journey from Scott. I had visited previously at the recommendation of my father and returned when I was ready to buy.
