I hate car dealerships because previous experiences have guarded me; you know, the typical salesman waiting for you to step out of your vehicle ready to pounce. You do not get that intrusive feeling here. My salesman was friendly and very customer service oriented. He truly wanted to work to get me in the SUV I wanted at the payment that worked for me. We have bought our last three vans/jeeps from Benttenhausen. A friend told me to go to Dave because he was a great guy. Dave was a fair guy and worked with me to get a deal I was comfortable with. He was able to work with the inventory to get me the jeep I wanted ... that same night. The whole process made a long afternoon but my jeep was worth it. Nick explained everything and I was able to look at the truck at my leisure and take my time deciding. I went home to clean out my car, the new car/paperwork/plates were all reading to go. Explained the warranties and alot of the new things involved with the computer system on the car.
