Great experience working with Jose. No haggling and no run-around made buying a new car and pleasant experience. Jose followed-up and was very thorough when we spoke. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot and he found it for me. Recommend Bettenhausen and Jose.

They were very helpful. I did not feel pressured by Jay. I would definitely reccomend them to everyone. I caame because the service dept is great and there sales is just as good.

Dave made the car buying process completely stress free and actually pleasant! We handled a lot of the information gathering via phone and email, and Dave was always available when we had questions for him--even returning calls after hours. When we decided what we wanted to buy, and the car wasn't on the Bettenhausen lot, Dave assured us he'd find it closeby and have the car transferred. I looked at several dealerships before settling on Bettehausen. Dave was upfront, honest and worked from a number of different angles to get me to a monthly payment that I was comfortable with for the vehicle I wanted. Dave was one of the big reasons I decided on Bettehausen. He structured the cost of the vehicle, finanancing and trade in value in a way that allowed for the best deal possible. I will certainly come back to Dave whenever I am in the market for a vehicle and would recommend him to others.

Having purchased several new vehicles from various local dealerships over the years, I can say that the Bettenhausen Chrysler experience has been like a "breath of fresh air," for me. From their system of "hang-tag pricing" to the no-pressure friendliness of their sales & supporting staff makes the entire purchase a welcomed experience. We bought our second Chrysler Town and Country Van from the Bettenhausen dealership. We were very satisfied with our experience both times. We tell everyone about the "No haggle" approach which makes the purchase an easier process. Our salesman Jose was very helpful and thorough. He made sure he explained each step of the process and provided the best options for our purchase. We would definitely recommend Jose and the staff at Bettenhausen.

Jay Dye was very knowledgable and understanding, he did not pressure us to buy a car like other dealers have. I highly recommend Jay at Jeep Bettenhausen he is a outstanding salesman.

My experience at Bettenhausen Dodge/Ram was beyond excellent. Mr. Gerardo Rangel was very informative to my questions and was able to work with me on purchasing a new vehicle.
