I went in to see Lauren about getting into a new 2013 Wrangler to replace my totaled Wrangler. She was very helpful and within no time I was out the door with my New Wrangler! I gave this rating because the process was painless and fast. I highly recommend talking to Lauren Avolio!

Dave Carroll was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is our first new car in 13 years and we wanted to know as much as possible about the car and the dealership. Dave helped us through the whole process. We are very satisfied with both the dealership and Dave.

We were very impressed. The salesman did not pressure us. He was very helpful with information, and went out of his way to try and fins us what we wanted in a car. He also worked with us for a better price. Would definately recommend.

After looking at other dealers,we found this Bettenhausen was the most friendly and honest place I had visited ,Jay Dye was our salesman he was terrific !! We purchased a 2014 jeep srt for my wife and she's thanking me daily ever since! Thanks Jay

Worked with Jayson over several months to order and purchase the exact vehicle I wanted. During the entire process, Jayson was always courteous and willing to assist, even during my numerous unscheduled visits to the dealership. I never felt hurried. The service was great at Bettenhausen. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience. They did a great job from showing the car to getting the finance. When it came to extended warranty to everything else, our concerns were met and we were able to finalize the deal. We will definitely go back for our next Jeep.

I usually don't get on and give ratings when I am done doing business but I must say that my experience dealing with Nick and Bettenhausen was fantastic as usual. First of all when Bettenhausen says "No Hassle" they mean no hassle. They answer your questions and actually listen to what your needs our. This is my 3rd Caravan I have bought at Bettenhausen but my first from Nick Pattenaude and it was my best experience. I will look forward to future purchases with Nick and Bettenhausen.

I looked online first and found a van that I was interested in. When I did visit Bettenhausen, the van was exactly as picture. First time at Bettenhausen. Overall a good experience. Would recommend this dealership to others. Jose was great, very helpful. As the van was used, there was a small crack in the windshield, which they replaced. Very accomodating and respectful of your time. Would go back again!!
