Steve did a nice job as a salesperson. He was professional and knew the vehicles well. He was very helpful in showing us how the vehicle worked. I appreciate the one price, no haggling philosophy of Bettenhausen. The only negative was that apparently they only had one person working who did the paperwork so it took three hours before we drove off the lot with our new vehicle. Bettenhausen should have more staff in the evening to process the paperwork and financing. Steve was a pleasure to work with during the process.
In and out... got what i wanted at a fair price and no B.S. no double takes changing stuff let me get my manager crap just straight forward hey this is what you want this is what we can do..simple and overall a great time there...I would tell everyone to go there it is refreshing...I hate car dealers and scummy sales people but they weren't like that at all It was more like a family there everyone was very nice and happy if you were happy...Steve was great too I'd buy from him again no problem.

As soon as I walked into Dodge I was greeted by the sales manager David. He was very pleasant and showed interest in the car that I wanted. He was not pushy or over eager. I told him I wanted a used Dodge Avenger. Not even 5 minutes later I was able to test drive the car I wanted with the color, trim, and price I wanted. The first car I test drove was the car I purchased. David made sure that my car had a full interior and exterior detail and threw in a free oil change. Jeep Jeep!!! Thanks to Steve Klimara for being so patient with me and making me feel comfortable about buying my new Wrangler. I chose Bettenhausen because I hoped that my local Jeep dealer would take care of me the best and they for sure did.
Steve was the first salesperson to approach us and he was very friendly. He wasn't too pushy and was very knowledgeable of all the different cars on the lot. I enjoyed my experience working with him and the Bettenhausen Crew!
My overall experience was very nice. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He helped me a lot my new car. I am really glad I choice this place. The price was good and the 0% offer was very important to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Dodge Durango from Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Park. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our Sales Manager Nick Pattenaude was fair and honest and did not play any of the usual dealership “games”.
