Easy easy easy. Straight forward and to the point with a fair price. No 4 square nonsense, No back room managers. I am glad I made the 45 minute drive and will return if I need another Dodge product. Great experience overall at Bettenhausen! When I entered the dealership I was met with a friendly warm personality (Steve Klimara) that was not pushy at all, he explained their procedure at Bettenhausen and I was very comfortable the whole time. From my test drive without the salesperson to the financing, which was very quick and efficient, it was an overall great experience that I would recommend to anyone. 1st off I absolutely Love Love Love the “one stop shop” set up this dealership has….. No need to stop at 10 different desks to buy a car! (I HATE THAT) Worked with Dave Martinez from beginning to end. I told him what I was looking for and he found me an SUV to meet all of my family’s needs. I also had a trade-in which he also took care of. As if doing all of this wasn't a full plate already…. This dealership is by far the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They know how to treat their customers, have a great coffee machine with help to make it work if needed, free bottled water, special events/cookouts, oil change deals, and a clean well kept dealership.
