My experience at Bettenhausen Dodge was fantastic the staff was great there was no pressure it was the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a car. My salesman Nick showed what I asked to see and didn't waste my time. I would highly recomend Bettenhausen Dodge and my salesman Nick Nowak
My wife and I chose Bettenhausen due to Dealer location to purchase locally. Upon arrival, we were greeted by several friendly staff members one of which was Steve Klimara. Steve was the sales associate we spoke with regarding a new Chrysler. We test drove a Chrysler 200 without Steves presence and upon returning he had two more 200's available to test drive if we wanted to. The entire purchasing experience was hassle free. We bought the 200 and was extremely satisfied with Steve Klimara and the rest of the staff.
I wanted to buy on new Ram truck to replace my old 1997 Dodge Ram 1500. I started working with Nick Nowak who suggested that I work with Michael Gatz who had all of the answers to my questions and found the truck that I wanted. This was a very efficient purchasing process and at this point I very pleased.
Jose Silva is the only reason why I bought my 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude. I went in for a test drive because I live in Orland Park, but was not considering buying a vehicle in Cook County because of the salex tax. The laid back approach that Jose took with me and his ability to get the financing I was looking for made the decision to buy the vehicle a no brainer. Shannon was very busy, when the front desk annouced that I was in to see her. She came right out to let me know she was working with someone but I could start looking at certain SUV's and she pointed them out. She gave my husband and I another desk to sit at while she finish working on the couple she had. Once finished she took down our information and continue to show us more vehicles to test drive. During my lunch break, Ryan and the people at Bettenhausen Chrysler were able appraise my trade in, run my credit, and find the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. I have been shopping around with numerous other dealerships for months, Ryan was able to provide the truck and the price I needed to be at. He located the truck, upgraded the tires and personnally delivered the truck to my house in less then a day.
