5 Star dealership! Purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Lariat working with David Martinez. Very respectable person, made my wife and I feel very comfortable during the whole process. He made sure our needs were cared for (water coffee, etc...) Answered all our questions we had and if he did not know the answer would reach out to his peers to make sure he had the answer. We are late getting this review in regarding the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bettenhausen via salesman Steve Klimara. So I have to say that I had the best car buying experience with Ryan Scarpelli. I have been to dealerships before where you are hounded like prey. This was not the case at Bettenhausen. I walked in with my husband and we were given time to walk around and look at the inventory. We were so well taken care of and at no point in time did I feel pressured.
