Steve was great to work with even though he was a rookie at the dealer. This was my second purcahse from this store in 6 monts and I wouldn't have come back if I had been disappointed.

We were recommended to Dave from Troy Bettenhausen. Dave was very helpful trying to find what we wanted. We went to the Auto Show and was told that the 2013 and some 2012 Chargers were out there with Hemi motor and the new 8 speed transmission. We rode in a Chrysler 300 with the Hemi and 8 speed. We were told by the Sale Techs at the auto show it was available and also told by the driver of the Chrysler 300 it was available, only to find out it is not available. Stopped in to look at a vehicle for my wife. Was referred to Nick by a friend who has purchased vehicles with him in the past. Nick was extremely friendly and helpful. As I said stopped in to look for a vehicle for my wife, left with a car for her and a truck for me. Pricing was fair and trade in allowance was right where I expected it to be. All paper work done in one office, no jumping around from sales to finance. Quick easy transactions and no high pressure sales tactics. Will definitely refer people and return myself.
