I went to a dealership before this one and I didn't like the way they tried to do business based off what they were asking me and telling me. I went in here thinking I am going to get hit with another one of those, little to my surprise I got real answers no bologna just what me and my wife needed.
Danny was a great help answering questions prior to our purchase. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained our options for the care of our new vehicle and gave us a great sense of security. He offered a wide range of services that we didn't know were available.

I have been buying cars from Bettenhausen for the past 10 years. In the past I always dreaded buying cars. It was either the salesperson playing games by going back and forth with the sales manager or it was the trade-in person holding the keys until you decided to buy something. Nick Nowak helped me out with having a used car that I bought for my daughter. The car was sold by a private seller and he helped arrange the mechanic team at the dealership to inspect the car. Went in with wife to shop for new Caravan and worked with David Martinez. Told him we were thinking between two different models and he let us drive both of them for pretty much as long as we needed he told us. Came back and he showed us the price difference between the two and left it at that.
