After my wrecked car was deemed a total loss, I had less than a week to find a new one. Best car dealership experience I have ever had. I bought a Jeep from Bettenhausen in 2012 and went back for my new Dodge Durango a year later. Love this dealership, no BS and they do not waste your time. Nick was great we looked at the inventory and figured they did not have what I wanted so we ordered it directly from dodge. I was shopping for about 3 weeks on the internet, then I narrowed down what I needed based on my requirements for a vehicle. Don Peterson and Scott Abramowicz are the greatest. They were able to give me a good price, a great interest rate and an even better trade in price on my old vehicle. They were extremely helpful, courteous, efficient. Their knowledge of the Dodge line of vehicles is next to none. Sales staff was very friendly and accommodating during the entire process. I was able to test drive multiple cars in order to decide which I liked best. Once I chose my vehicle, they worked with me and the banks to get me a monthly payment I could afford. In addition, Steve Klimara did a thorough overview of all car features, since this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I chose the dealership for the no-hassle attitude and reputation in the community. I will go back when I need my next car.
