I have visited other dealerships while searching for my new Dodge Dart. They all left a bad taste in my mouth. I hopped on the highway and headed down to Tinley Park to meet Jenna, who had the vehicle I wanted warmed up and ready to go. I received fantastic service when purchasing a used car. Steve was very friendly on the phone and then in person when I arrived at the dealership. Both Nick and Don were extremely helpful...fair and courteous. I've known Don for over 30 years and have never purchased an auto from anyone else...neither has my wife or son. He recommended Nick and both of them were what I expected they would be...truthful and attentive. All of our autos are serviced at Bettenhausen as well...we have not had one complaint!
