Thank you, my car buying experience was excellent. Dave Martinez was a great sales person. We are from Pella, Iowa and were in Orland Park visiting our son. We had looked at a Dart at our local dealership and were not happy with the customer service, the number of Darts on the lot, and the deal they offered. Also, we didn't appreciate the fact that the salesman came with us when we test drove the car. Like most people I dreaded having to buy a new car not because of the money but because every time I did I felt like I got screwed. I have owned a Jeep product for 17 of the last 20 years but brand loyalty only goes so far when I'd felt like I'd been repeatedly taken advantage of by the former local Jeep dealer. Easy easy easy. Straight forward and to the point with a fair price. No 4 square nonsense, No back room managers. I am glad I made the 45 minute drive and will return if I need another Dodge product.
