We have to say that it was a pleasure doing business with Russell Howard and Bettenhausen Jeep. We truly appreciate the no haggle way of doing business with Bettenhausen. Russell is a genuine salesperson. We were in negotiations with another dealership down the street and could tell immediately that we did not like how their salespeople did business. Dave was very informative, answering all our questions. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. We liked the fact that Dave was with us through the whole process. All the people at the dealership where friendly. We are going to tell all our friends and family what a great place it is to buy a car. Not to mention the price was right.

I have to say that this was my first time purchasing a car and Russell Howard made my first time experience one of the best .Russell provided me with outstanding service I couldn't have asked for a nicer person then him to have had delt with this purchase . He is awsome and an asset to this dealership and I can't thank him and Dan Chroin the internet sales contact enough for what they did for me . I would reccommened this dealership to all my friends and family and suggest that they should work with Russell 100% .

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Jose Silva and your dealership. Our purchase was easy and Jose was always quick and knowledgeable in his answers to all our questions. Bettenhausen's "no-haggle" policy is the main reason we chose this dealer and we weren't disappointed. We traditionally keep our cars for quite awhile so will probably not be in the market for another vehicle soon, but we are looking forward to many years of good service from Bettenhausen.

Steve was a wonderful sales person. He was extremely helpful finding a vehicle within our price range and let us look at several models, despite the scorching heat. The buying experience was far more efficient than any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. The manager Mike was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Steve even took the time to call us the next day and let us know we left some personal effects in our trade-in vehicle. I have already recommended Steve to a friend... read more

Very friendly staff and know what they are talking about. Andrew did a great job from the beginning to end of the sale. You can tell that they care about the experience the buyer has. Went to another Jeep dealership and did not have the same experience.
