I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country and I'm very satisfied with the purchase and the service provided by Russell Howard. He was extremely professional, attentive, prompt and knowledgable about all of the Chrysler products. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted/needed as far as the vehicle and the financing. My kids and I absolutely love the van! I'm sure I will purchase another vehicle from Russell at Bettenhausen in the very near future!

I really had a rather unusual purchase need and Bettenhausen really came through in all areas. I really think their selling/customer service concept is exceptional and is oriented toward providing a fair and efficient purchase experience.
This was the most pleasant and relaxed car buying experience I have every had. Dave was very helpful and informative. I never felt pressured and he worked very hard to find the car I was looking for, at a price we were both able to agree on.
