We had a great experience working with the team at Bettenhausen. It took a bit of waiting due to so many sales going on at once and trying to fit our budget, but it was worth the wait. We will definitely be back to buy another car when the time comes. The sales staff wasn't pushy, but instead was willing to work with us to get us what we wanted at a price we could afford. They also offered a good price for our trade in.
Jay was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest when we were searching for our Jeep Patriot. We came in knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and he worked very hard to get our Jeep to the price we wanted. You would be crazy to go to another dealer besides this one. I bought a 2011 Jetta used from them this evening and they had the best price around.
