I bought my Grand Cherokee at Bettenhausen because they were referred to me by a friend. I was able to look at the vehicles without being harassed by sales people and they had a ton of vehicles at the store for me to see. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable and the dealership got me the exact vehicle I was looking for when I was ready to buy. A non-commissioned sales staff is definitely the way to go. Dealing with Jenna Barthel for the sale of my Dodge Nitro back to the dealer and the purchase of a new Dodge Dart was a pleasure! Jenna answered all of my questions and made sure that the deal went through as promised. She was excellent about keeping in touch and being available when I needed her services. She even let me use her vehicle and that was her idea. I will definately go back and ask for her for any needs I may have in the future. I highly recommend her and Bettenhausen!!!

Jenna made a possible bad experience into a good one. Had put a deposit on a Truck, when I arrived the truck was filthy and it almost cost us the deal. We drover 1.5 hours to this location after finding the unit on line. If it was not for Jenna being so nice and pushing thru the detail I would of gone elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Even through we had to wait for over 4 hours, Jenna keep checking on us to make sure we were ok.
