Staff were great bringing in my Grand Cherokee for service last week. Really like my service person. He was polite and not pushy. It's been like this every other time I had to service my vehicle at the Lockport location. This is one of the reasons we started bringing our cars to Lockport instead of Orland. Out of all the times we have serviced our vehicles at Bettenhausen only once did I feel like the service person was lousy.
Good service. Good communication. Fair price. Will continue to bring car here for service. No complaints.
I enjoyed my experience at Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The employees were all friendly and helpful.
