The service department worked diligently to solve my remote start problem. The TSB that I found and the knowledge the mechanics have about the Ram played a big part in the software update that needed to happen. Thanks all involved.
Bettenhausen Lockport’s service department was very helpful in helping me with the difficulties Stellantis gave me regarding needed warranty repairs. Their help and many phone calls saved me a lot of time and aggravation. No one expects to have issues with a new car but unfortunately they happen and a dealership is the middleman oftentimes because communicating with the manufacturer is very difficult. I did t even buy the car from the location that was helping me and that is true customer service.
