The service team at Bettenhausen Lockport is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I ask A LOT of questions, and they are always patient and forthcoming, even if the response isn't what I wanted to hear. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Bettenhausen and the reason we keep going back is their commitment to the customer and servicing our vehicles. I didn't have a problem with Service at all. They did a wonderful job on my car. My problem was with Sales. 2-3 days prior to my appointment, I received a call from their dept trying to get me in to trade in my truck. I specifically stated that I wasn't trying to get another Jeep due to certain reasons and the rep on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem because they had 3 locations that could possibly accommodate me.
