They forgot to reset my oil life monitor. It can only be reset by their scan tools. They almost washed it when I asked them not too. I stopped to porter right before he sent it in to the wash. The tech left oily hand prints on the door. As a technician in another field I find these things to be subpar. I will say The service advisor was friendly.
