Great experience overall! My advisor was extremely helpful and friendly, they reminded me of some needed maintenance that is due on my vehicle which was appreciated. The new Lockport Bettenhausen location is far better than the tinley park one, I love the mopar products but finding a mopar dealership that is attentive and friendly was difficult, until now. if the new Charger eventually comes with a V8 option, I will definitely be visiting Lockport Bettenhausen for the purchase.
