I am in the market for a new vehicle and I was thinking of purchasing from Bettenhausen again, this would be my 3rd time, but with this last service appointment I'm thinking twice. I've never waiting so long for work to be approved. I was told I would get a call back to a question I had and I never did. All of a sudden the following day the work was not only approved but finished. It was extremely odd. It's a great place to have your car serviced. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I especially liked the new feature where they send you a video of your car with a member of the service department showing what they did and what they recommend and showing the different parts of the car when it was up on the lift and noting that the shocks looked ok, and they didn't find any leaks etc.
