I feel like the communication could have been better. I dropped my car off and the service representative didn’t seem like they wanted me to show them what was wrong. I also had to contact them to see if it had been looked at after 5 1/2 hours. They told me they would check and call me. I didn’t hear anything for 2 hours so I contacted them again. Definitely the most pleasurable auto buying experience I have ever had. Great selection of vehicles, fair pricing and Jose my salesperson was amazing. Very professional, personable, and extremely helpful. Although I reside in Iowa, I will absolutely recommend family and friends looking for a vehicle, to give your dealership a call. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, and answered all of our questions. We we're pleased that there were no pushy salespeople. We felt we could speak to them easily about any concerns we might have. We were given their best pricing right from the start, and we are happy with the choice we made.
Cameron at Bettenhausen CDJR service department did an excellent job of keeping me informed about how the service was coming along.
Work was performed as requested. Delivered at the time promised. Staff was friendly and helpful. Waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with beverages and snacks.
Darnell was awesome and helpful and although I knew what I wanted we still figured something out and I walked out happy
