This was not my first time buying a car from Bettenhausen, and this is the reason why I came back: because of the good customer service.
Edmond was very helpful and we had a positive overall experience at Bettenhausen Jeep Lockport location.
Was a great experience and salesman was great and did a great job! Also was very fast!
The customer service was polite and efficient. The communication was great. They estimated a good time frame for when my vehicle would be ready and called me when it was ready before its time.
I think the employees need to listen to the customer. My phone number was not listed correctly and my wife asked that they change the number on the day before when she made the appointment and they didn't. When she dropped the car they did not confirm a number and she waited the hour at Panera and then came back to the car not being done because they called the number that was 12 years old from a previous employer that should have been changed. She then had to wait another 20 minutes.
Great experience, this is my second time purchasing a truck with Nick. I first met Nick at the Tinley Park location, when I purchased my first truck from him. when I decided to purchase another truck, I asked the people at the Tinley Park location where did he go to, and they told me he went to the Lockport location, and that he got promoted so I tracked him down. Good experience. Didn't feel pressured and liked being able to test drive without sales person.
Came in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon (4/12) and the staff was available to help get me set up immediately. I was given the option to add a tire rotation. I passed this time. No hard sell - refreshing! It was quick, shorter than the quoted hour timeline. It feels good to go to Bettenhausen. To know the experts are working on my car (even for an oil change) is comforting.
Great experience. Clean facilities. Excellent service. Good communication on wait time and services needed and performed.
