Excellent service all around. Dean was clear with what repairs were needed, and they were able to complete the work when promised. We had a disagreement on cost based on what was quoted and he quickly made things right. Having a ride to and from the dealership is just icing on the cake.
She was very nice and informative. She gave us options to lease/own a new 2025 and option to purchase our lease.
Drove an hour to find a dealer with an honest sale price with no surprise costs for unrequested and unwanted extras. Bettenhausen was exactly that. Extras were explained and offered but not added as if required. Allie was exceptional in conveying the car’s features and a clear communicator. The time spent was shorter than many others and passed pleasantly with her.

My Ram 1500 needed routine maintenance and to address a manufacturer recall. It also needed to address an engine issue that resulted in a major repair that was all covered under warranty. The dealership got me in right away and made sure my personal transportation for the two and a half days was not affected. Highly pleased!
Darnell Pierce is really helpful with the entire process. Helped me out with the purchase of the exact vehicle I wanted. Nice and quick.
Manny was excellent. He listened, did his job and kept me informed about the status of the diagnosis. I was given a courtesy ride home. When the technician analyzed the vehicle, it was determined that the car had some serious issues with cylinder misfire and would be kept until repaired. Very pleased with the communication, work performed and delivering the car looking polished.
Joey was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with Jeep. I've been to all the Jeep dealers in the area and because of the excellent service i received. I'm sticking to Bettenhausen!
