I brought my 2024 Hornet in for a routine oil change and a minor necessary repair. While inspecting the vehicle, the technicians detected another issue and took care of that problem too! The fine Service folks at Bettenhausen, including Alyssa and Joey (and the others) are top notch. They take care you like you are their only customer.

Were fantastic at working with my budget & capability needs of the vehicle. No odd sales tactics, just straight shooters. This is my 3rd Jeep lease. With this type of service I'd be a fool not to comeback for a 4th.
The sales woman was nice, there was some push for a higher trim and unfortunately there was only 2 color options available for the higher end trim. They even asked what it would take to get me out in a new car instead of my current car. The building has an odd set up with two front doors and no one is the first room. The front desk girls are not the kindest, made for a sad experience.

For my first time being at this location, the people there were very friendly and helpful when I came in for my oil change service and even found a major issue with my vehicle that was developing over time.
