It took over 3 hours for an oil change and coolant flush. What’s the purpose of an express lane for routine maintenance if it takes so long? And when I wanted to test drive a vehicle to help the time pass by the battery was dead and it was the only vehicle available. The snacks were a really nice touch and the customer service was decent.

It’s a great facility. The people are really nice and they give out direct answers to what’s going on with your vehicle. I have not yet to shopped , but this would be the place that I will start looking for my next vehicle.
