Working with Joe was a breeze. He was straightforward and took his time working with me to get my truck personalized and built direct from the dealer. He took his time once it arrived and walked me through all sorts of features I did not realize the truck had and did not want me leaving until I had a firm grasp on it. Generally pleased with the transaction. I was a little disappointed with the value given my trade in however. I guess the profit margin will be more beneficial to the dealer. I was especially appreciative with the concern and rapport with my salesman Josh. I have bought from Bettenhausen in the past and have referred them to others, especially my son who bought 3 vehicles. I drove down from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to buy from Bettenhausen, due to inventory but primarily for the Bettenhausen experience.
