Awesome experience. Staff did an excellent job. This is the second vehicle I've bought at Bettenhausen. I plan to make Bettenhausen where I'll buy my future cars and will recommend the dealership most enthusiasticly to all my friends and family.
Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Dropped it off and got a call back at 9:30 that it was done. Everything looks fine so far here the next day..
They did a great job on getting the parts and fixing my vehicle. The service manager was very customer oriented.
The Lockport location is AMAZING. Kyle is THE BEST!! Very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He kept me in the loop. Both with text and phone calls.
