Easy to schedule, drop off and address service needs. They were communicative throughout, honest about what was needed and how long it would take to address (as well as fees associated). When I initially picked up after service a new issue arose and when I immediately brought back the team at Bettenhausen was super accommodating and prompt to address, even providing me with an SUV loaner car - without my having to ask - while they figured things out. Easy in and out for an oil change. Car was ready when they said it would be and I also got a car wash, which was nice
Dropped the car off in the morning for a oil change and it went very smooth. A liked the video of the tech going over the car showing me parts of the car his is checking and going over. My service advisor chad was great and got everything I need done.
Very professional and great service. Gave me an honest time on how long the service would take and called me as soon as it was done. I will be back for any future services.
