Kyle Mandra is the best when it comes to fast, friendly and professional service. Kyle kept me informed of my vehicles status every step of the way. This was my second visit to this service center and I have to say even though I wasn't happy with the 1.5% credit card processing fee I will be a cash paying lifetime customer.

The service department is so very fast, professional and friendly. This is my second visit to the service department and Kyle is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. Although I'm not found of the 1.5% credit card processing fee. I will be a lifetime cash paying customer.

Kyle in service is great to deal with. He called with updates and had me car done quickly. Also, the porters in the service drive were very attentive. I would recommend Bettenhausen to anyone i know.

Amy got me the best deal on Goodyear tires and had a better warranty for them than other places I had called. Crystal was spot-on with the time it took to install them.
