Got worked up for nothing, as service rep. was not informed all that was done. When I questioned was told I don't know? But all I was questioning was done. So all well in the end. Just not able to tell me that on the phone?

Bettenhausen made purchasing my vehicle a pain free experience. Sales manager Josh Gabrielson respected my time and did not play any games. He was upfront and honest offering me fair market value for my trade (per KBB and NADA values) and was straight forward with pricing on the new vehicle.
