Bettenhausen Lockport’s service department was very helpful in helping me with the difficulties Stellantis gave me regarding needed warranty repairs. Their help and many phone calls saved me a lot of time and aggravation. No one expects to have issues with a new car but unfortunately they happen and a dealership is the middleman oftentimes because communicating with the manufacturer is very difficult. I did t even buy the car from the location that was helping me and that is true customer service.
