Very professional. Listened to our needs. We saw an advertisment for the Grand Cherokee on line and they brought us the exact car. We have had past experiences with other dealerships and manufacturers and when we arrived, of course, it was already sold. only hours before we arrived. The only thing I thought Bettenhausen could do better with was the interest rate, but ours was doable.
Friendly staff at check in and throughout the service. The service was completed when they said it would be.
The waiting area and other areas of the dealership were comfortable and clean! In addition my vehicle was completed in a timely manner
