Did most of preliminary online and with talking with Brandon in which he was very helpful. Went to dealership to sign paperwork which was very hassle free and professional. Mr. Boozer was great in the finance department and explained everything very well.
My advisor was nice enough but the process at the dealership is not ideal. I made an early AM appointment prior to my visit. My expectation was that my vehicle would be diagnosed that day. I tried to call 4 times that afternoon and was hung up on after being put on hold every time. The receptionist didn't seem to care. I texted to no response. Overall my experience in the service department was very good. I had an exhaust manifold gasket go bad and had a tailgate latch recall fix performed. Everyone in the service department was very friendly. You can tell they try to offer the best service possible. Great communication via text message. The only improvement I would like to see is tightening up the appointment schedule so vehicle service can begin the same day, particularly for customers that made an appointment well in advance.
The dealership staff was professional and very nice. I didn’t feel like we’re wasting my time or trying to take advantage of me.
sales associate, Tony White, was very personable and helpful making a really genuine experience for me and an absolute pleasure, he treated me respect, dignity and professionalism. The shift -floor manager or general manager well... he was more concern on driving up his margin on the sale and for a time he was not listening to me...its not ok but, I guess that is his role (Bad cop routine). The team at Palmer Jeep Dodge is always very kind and helpful. Luis knew the history of my issue when I came in and always explains issues very well. I also appreciate the fact that they are close to the Enterprise Rental Car Office.
