Palmer Dodge was the only dealer in all of the Atlanta metro area that had the parts I needed. Making the appointment was fast and easy. The service staff understood my dilemma, and was very thorough in resolving the issues. The waiting area was clean, even the bathroom looked nice. Although my wait was for several hours, I did not feel as though I had been there that long. Kudos to the service staff, especially Rich.
Rich was great. He delivered my car when he knew I didn’t have time to come pick it up and kept me informed without bugging me. I appreciate it greatly.
