I've had to have my truck in the shop several times over the past few months. Only once for a serious problem but mostly to deal with a driver's side rear light issue caused by the improper installation of a truck cap by a place called "Total Appearance". Hiram and the service crew at Palmer went out of their way to help me solve the issue and I am very pleased with the results.
