I will say Brandon was very quick in providing out the door pricing with limited time, and the F&I office was well organized. However, I've frankly had much better experiences when buying. I was not offered a walk through of the vehicle or introduction to service or parts. Granted, I don't live new Roswell, GA so would not be using your dealership for these, but you should still offer them.
Sarah was fantastic! Sarah was fantastic! She kept me up to date with the repairs and my vehicle was completed 2 days ahead of the original finish date that they told me. I will definitely be using Palmer for all of my future repairs.
Communication was lacking. Communication was lacking. After making an appointment for an oil change, and arriving early, I still waited two hours before checking in on my car, and being told the service had yet to start. I appreciate Tina for providing a solution by comping my service, but this could have been resolved communication 1 hr or 1.5 hours in that my wait was going to be even longer. Who knows how long I would have waited if I didn't check in.
