sales associate, Tony White, was very personable and helpful making a really genuine experience for me and an absolute pleasure, he treated me respect, dignity and professionalism. The shift -floor manager or general manager well... he was more concern on driving up his margin on the sale and for a time he was not listening to me...its not ok but, I guess that is his role (Bad cop routine).
