We factory ordered (during the UAW strike) plus had some aftermarket (non-OEM) stuff we wanted, so lots of communication was needed. He stayed on it and, as things progressed and delivery became more imminent, spoke and/or texted both proactively and whenever I had a question or concern. Outstanding!
