Rich was awesome. Rich was awesome. The transmission tech was also very fast and proficient. Rich washed my car free of charge and even offered me an Uber. My only complaint is receiving my car almost out of gas, when it was delivered with half a tank. I understand that diag and break in require driving, however a few gallons of gas would have been nice.
